About delivery
Orders are generally sent the same day you place the order, the next day at the latest. Delivery time by fast courier is between 24 and 48 hours.
You will receive a parcel tracking code by email. If you do not receive it, please contact us and we will communicate it to you.
The delivery cost is displayed in the shopping cart. It depends on the value of the order.
The boxes are generously sized and your items are well protected. The packaging is discreet, so as not to spoil any surprises.
About payment
The payment options are as follows:
- Card payment: Pay online safely through Euplatesc.ro
- Payment by bank transfer: For this option, please contact us.
Returning products
If you are not satisfied with the ordered products, you can return them within 14 working days from the date of receipt. Before returning the products, please contact us at the email address contact@legendary-games.ro and mention in the message the number of the order from which you want to return the products.
In a maximum of 15 days from the date of return, you will receive the value of the order.
All costs of transporting the products will be borne by the customer.
The return of products is subject to ordinance no. 130 of 31.09.2000 approved and supplemented by law no. 51 of 21.01.2003 regarding the regime of distance contracts.
According to the mentioned legislation, the Consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 10 working days of receiving the product. The product can only be returned if it is in perfect condition, including the packaging, that is, they must not show any signs of wear or use.
The Romanian legislation provides the following: "the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the distance contract, within 15 working days, without penalties and without citing any reason. The only costs that may fall to the consumer are the direct costs of returning the products".
Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
